About me

Background

I grew up in Germany in a chaotic family environment that left a deep imprint on my sense of self. As a quiet, sensitive child, I often struggled with anxiety, body image, and low self-worth — feeling lost and unprepared for the world around me.

Still, there were always lifelines: creativity, books, music, and a quiet longing for something more. At 21, I moved to Scotland in search of a fresh start. That journey took me through grief, depression, and, eventually, into coaching — a space where I began the real work of healing and reconnecting with myself and others.

The path hasn’t always been easy or linear, but it’s brought me to where I am today. Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned — and to support others in finding their way back to themselves.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll likely find me out travelling, spending time in nature, celebrating life with friends, enjoying good food and music, or simply at home with my cats, following my creative instincts.
